Diary Entry - 008 Gratitude, Community and Endings When I came into ballroom in 2024 I was such a broken person, I had just come out of an abusive 2 year relationship that stole my light and was so desperate to feel like myself again. That’s where Pyro Noir was born. Nothing could have told me I would mean so much to so many people by now. Thank you for all the sweet messages and for the experience of community. Thank you for letting me show up as my genderbender self and accepting me as I am each day. Thank you for answering all my newbie questions while I was trying to figure it all out. Thank you for appreciating all my contributions until now💗 I will always be so grateful to Ottawa and Toronto but especially Montreal for sparking that flame in me. The warmth and encouragement I’ve received from you all ignited a fire in me I will always keep close to my heart. This LSS gagged me. Ns I knew I would probably get an lss but nothing could have prepared me for what @blackqueerrising , @sol.oeil , @kersey.moonstar , and @kikihouseofconstantine_ec had plannedddd!
