I was also processing a breakup and I wanted to share my idea of a relationship. RGL, stands for "Regalo", meaning "gift" in Spanish. I believe that the best gift we can offer to anyone is the work we do on ourselves, the self-regulation of our emotions and reactions. An abstract approach to mental health.
