Magical Sunday following Lion’s Gate at a beautiful heart opening event with conscious souls✨✨✨ @gio.ledon opened up the space serving us delicious ceremonial Guatemalan cacao. I had my 1st Tai Chi class led by the steady @paulwillisterryjr . @jdwolfrobe closed out the event with dropping his organic throat elixir to help us clear out any congestion and we were served some Herbal Tea that lubricated our voices before stepping into the Realm of Khöömei (Throat-Singing). My 1st introduction to Khöömei! Amazing!!! JD even played the didgeridoo (one of my favorite instruments!) Deep gratitude to these visionaries for crafting such a joyful journey that nourished us body, mind, and spirit.🙏💖✨🥰 And I owe this all to my sweet Sophie, without whom I would not have known about the event.🙏💞 My heart is happy!🤩🥳🎉🎊
