The Spirit of Rosewood took over True Laurel for one night only, bringing together cocktails from The Manor Bar at Rosewood Miramar Beach, Zapote Bar at Rosewood Mayakoba, Barra Peñasco at Rosewood Mandarina, and Shipwreck Bar at Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort.
From coastlines to jungle to desert, each pour told a story of place, flavor, and flair. San Francisco showed up, glasses stayed full, and the energy did not miss.

Weird to think this was me. (Yes I am the one all the way to the left). Such a different time and place. Glad to have this as a reminder. I used to be so scared of human interaction and of people talking to me. Now I crave the solo conversations. I was a child of dyslexia and the craze of ADD. (I have both) I originally was told I would never do anything outside a simple job and immediately wanted to challenge that. I started to bartend because it felt natural. Then I stepped away for a minute when I came back I realized bartending is science (my favorite subject). That’s when it all clicked for me. I still believe I always need to learn and I continue to do so. I never want to stop learning and growing in this field but I am so happy to work in hospitality and be surrounded by so many incredible people that also share the same dream! Still so excited to learn and grow as this industry is always growing, changing and evolving. Sorry that’s my ramble…

Director of Bars Eliza Hoar and Manager Javier Abad Pascual bring the journey back to the shores of Rosewood Miramar Beach, carrying the spirit of the road into The Manor Bar.
