I’ve been waiting impatiently for today and my reasons are twofold. First, I have joined the @gingernutsofh team! Some of my horror reviews will be posted there and to say I’m excited is an understatement! Thank you Jim for welcoming me to the family 🫶🏼
Secondly, my first full length review is for a book that is so extremely special and I wanted to do it justice, above all. Daytide by @chrispanatier is a true masterpiece. 🔗 in my bio & stories! Here is a snippet:
“Daytide feels less like a novel and more like a hand reaching into the void. It does not dilute hard topics. You feel their weight and terrible seduction. It insists that despair is not the final authority. There is something devastatingly beautiful about this insistence.”
