Redbull Day In The Dirt GP, Glen Helen California 🏁🔥! What an amazing experience racing this legendary track on a 1968 Triumph TR6. The bike being a survivor desert sled build and raced in the 60s and 70s by Les Edwards Cycle Imports now being used again for what it was build, rippinggg! The first race of many to come 🏜️🔥. Side story Decided to sell a bike at home and buy one in USA to go race some awesome races with my friends @hellonwheelsmc . Found a 1968 Triumph TR6 in Houston Texas @bigdcycle , Meatball & @luckyangus being absolute legends picked up the bike and dropped it off @lehangar23 in Costa Mesa to have it race made ready. A million thank you’s for everyone helping out making this possible ❤️‍🔥. Massive shoutout to @shaneobenson for going along the trip and creating all this awesome footage 🎥📸 @triumphheritage @cafeleather @redwingheritage #desertsled #triumph #vintagemotocross #vintagetriumphmotorcycle

A small recap of our annual 60s trip, where 11 like-minded people come together for a 5 day offroad adventure on 60s bikes. We ride, wrench, eat, and laugh together, creating memories along the way. This trip is something close to my heart @theroadshow.enduro 🏜️ 📸 shots by @shy_rajdev & @chrifussi

The Baja Norra 1000 race bike, a 1966 Triumph TR6SR 🤠 650cc with low compression pistons to run cooler and longer fuel range for the desert 🏜️. It runs a Amal carburator with silicon sleeve to prevent dust from going in. A Slim line fuel tank, 2.5 gallon or 9.5 liters, we did up to 160km with one fuel tank ✊🏼🏁 and ARD magneto with Lucas rotor and stator ⚡️ Set up: - Ceriani 35mm MX front forks with ISDT quick remove axle - 13 1/2 inch rear shock - 18inch high shoulder rear wheel with alu Hap Jones hub by @classicbikeshopuk - 21inch high shoulder front wheel with small alu drum brake hub - @ng_motorcycles alu air filter box with 100% safe clean air - @ng_motorcycles chain adjusters, strengthened making sure the chain adjustment would stay the same all day. Stock chain adjusters tend to bend making the chain tension go down with the danger of chain running off and damaging the cases - Tomaselli MX handlebars with Amal alu levers - Strengthened folding foot pegs - Steel skid plate to protect the engine and frame from rock impacts - Original Bates desert seat with quick remove spring bracket - Original Triumph slim line fuel tank with special paint - Alu low front fender with Ceriani brackets - Alu rear fender - ISDT rear light - Small 70s headlight - Ceriani 35mm alu headlight holders Spares and tools: - Spare gear shifter strapped to the bottom of the frame - Spare lever strapped to the bottom of the frame - Towing rope - Adjustable spanner - Spare spark plugs + tool and holder - Safety wire - Zip ties - Electrical tape - Canvas bag with small nuts, bolts and cable repair kit Because we run a modern rally on a vintage bike we have to play by the race rules. F2R rally Roadbook with ICO Racing tripmaster. Mounted on billet rally brackets build by Maxime @mf_part , Special thanks to @noahgeijsmans @ngmotorcycles @classicbikeshopuk @julian.heppekausen @walters0844 @roscoe_and_louie @tcd_moto @aleksxritz @fastjs @jerrettmartin @lepapillon.garage @beermanmw

The 2026 NORRA Baja 6 Day Rally award ceremony 🏁 @norraracing_official sure knows how to throw a party! What a way to end an unforgettable week in Baja. Surrounded by incredible people, stories from the desert and all the emotions finally catching up. We finished 2nd place in the Vintage class 🥈 The trophy is shaped like Baja itself, and it weighs about as much as the last 6 days felt 🤠 Mostly just feeling grateful and incredibly proud of this team and everything it took to get to that finish line 🫶🏽

This is Mike Pearlman, son of Ed Pearlman, founder of the original Baja Mexican 1000 back in 1967. Mike himself became a legend in off-road racing, inducted into the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame and known for racing vintage Triumphs at events like Pikes Peak, where he earned four podium finishes 🔥 He wasn’t even supposed to be at @norraracing_official , but when he heard we were racing a 1966 Triumph, he flew in to see it for himself ☺️ Then woke up at 4AM on race morning to personally flag @gilleee off into the Baja desert 🏁 What a legend! 📹 @alangoesnuts

Race day 6: the final stretch to the finish line… and we made it! @gilleee officially finished his first ever @norraracing_official Baja rally on a 1966 Triumph TR6 🏁 6 days, 1400 miles / 2250 km from north to south through the open desert of Baja, Mexico 🌵 What started as an adventure quickly turned into one of the toughest, wildest and most unforgettable experiences we’ve ever had. Crashes, breakdowns, sand washes, long days, little sleep and countless tacos. The terrain out here tested us every single day and somehow we made it all the way to the finish 🔥 Couldn’t be more proud of the team 🫶🏽 Rider: @gilleee Mechanic: @geijsmansnoah @ng_motorcycles Videographer: @alangoesnuts Photographer: @mounce

Race day 5: heading further south to La Paz with some of the most beautiful scenery we’ve seen so far 🌵 for once, everything was going smooth… until @gilleee got lost in the maze of the desert 🤠 got back on track eventually, but lost some time. Completely exhausted but happy, this was a good one 🔥 Ended the day with a team BBQ and finally a moment to slow down for a second, mentally preparing for the last stage @norraracing_official 🏁 📹 @alangoesnuts

What a day that was 😮‍💨 we’ll definitely never forget stage 4! In short: big crash, broken roadbook, bruised hip, bent bike 🤠 but quitting never crossed our minds. Baja keeps you humble baby 🏜️ 📷 @mounce
