A full 360° Giant Steps project, our team led production, ticketing, and on-site operations, ensuring everything ran seamlessly as the night came alive.

Surprise. Boa Viagem is back sooner than you think.
On Sunday 14 September, we debut a brand new day event format as part of the official inauguration of Quinta Mirario.
A heritage venue with a swimming pool, gardens, and a breathtaking view over Lisbon and the 25 de Abril bridge will set the scene for this special celebration.
Expect a full day of music (disco, house, balearic, funk & more… lineup revealed this Wednesday), a food market with local flavours, a shops market with unique creations, and a vinyl records market to dig for gems.
All of this in a family friendly guinguette spirit, under the Lisbon sky at sunset you won’t want to miss.

From concept to execution, @worldofwomen trusted Giant Steps Production to bring their third annual WoW Gala to life, held on June 5, 2025, at the iconic Palácio do Grilo, during NFC Summit.
World of Women is a leading global community empowering women at the forefront of art, tech and culture. For this special edition, more than 300 guests gathered for a unique 1920s-inspired celebration.
Our team handled the entire production of the event, from ticketing strategy and access management to the full technical setup. We carefully curated the music line-up, coordinated live performances, and delivered custom brand activations throughout the venue. We also oversaw sound, lighting, and scenography, creating an immersive environment that matched the evening’s atmosphere.
On top of that, we managed the catering and bar operations, as well as all hospitality for the artists, teams and guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from start to finish.
Through every detail, Giant Steps Production helped transform this gala into an evening of connection, creativity and celebration. ✨
