What a year!
The last year has been a really transformative time for my body and I. I dove into fitness and working out, plus fixing up my eating habits and it truly changed me.
The gym has given me something to look forward to and be proud of when I see results of my hard work.
On bad days it’s been hard to go, but I’ve always ended up enjoying the session once I got there.
I didn’t have any expectations when I started going, but now the results are a fun comparison!
