Here’s Aeris (pronounced Heiress)!!!
I decided to make her as a last min piece but I’m really happy how she turned out! I was trying to be more experimental and rough vs my usual clean lines. It was a bit tough for me to leave it unpolished but the energy and movement felt better this way.
Since I haven’t really created something for me in such a long time I was a lil stumped in the beginning when I made Fae and Aeris, but I went back to the things that have always inspired me as a child and one of the biggest influences of my aesthetics then and now is 80s-90s anime!!
Obviously animes like Sailor moon, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Yu Yu Hakusho, Cowboy Bebop, Record of Lodoss war, Trigun, Akira, Evangelion, Slayers, CLAMP, Cardcaptor Sakura, Inuyasha, and so much more.
And as much as I love the sailor scouts I’ve always loved loved loved the villains designs 😩💗 and wanted to channel that here with Aeris!!
