It’s slime time! After putting the finishing touches of the slime blower together and suiting up, I am calling this build finished!
Not only did this build involve 3D printing, it also included measuring myself for football pads, learning how to use a sewing machine, creating custom Arduino code, and a lot of sanding + painting.

Last week it occurred to me that I had never put my RGB-inspired uniform all together! Here are some overdue shots of my current setup which includes original 3D printed designs that I have published to Patreon (link in bio)
I also found this blue/grey coverall a few years ago that I thought fit well - it has an Extreme Ghostbusters vibe mixed with the GB2 gray variant uniform.
I loved finally seeing it all together - it made me feel like an action figure (with more articulation than Kenner figs, of course!)

My Arduino code for my custom Slime Blaster sound FX are now available on my Patreon. The files let you toggle between two modes: 1. Slime blower sounds (lifted from the video game) and 2. playback of ‘Higher and Higher’ from Ghostbusters 2 mixed in with some ‘cassette tape clicks’.
Of course, you can customize your own sounds and sequences as you see fit with the code and sound collection.

My portable 3D printed psychomagnotheric plasm storage and dispenser unit… or ‘slime blower’ pack.
This project used the Q Slime blower files by @mr_kiou , lights by Jupiter Electronics, and labels by @mobysigncompany . I made a few special modifications for connecting everything to the ALICE frame and making disassembly easy.
The pack is very large. I’m on the taller side so the top of the large tank easily reaches 7 feet when worn. Luckily the pack only weighs between 16-17 lbs.

For when you need to move something that is a lot bigger than a toaster….This 3D printed slime blower canon was built using the freely available ‘Q Blower’ files created by @mr_kiou . Look for them on GitHub!
I made a custom display stand and the finished piece has quite a few special modifications (to be featured later). I already have parts printed for the full backpack… yes it’ll be massive!
I printed the project on a BambuLab X1C and H2S with Overture silk metallic filament for the main body. The material really shines when reducing the print speed wall acceleration down to 100 mm/sec^2… your print time will increase but it’s worth it.
