Brandon McInnis is an award-winning voice actor, singer, and voice director. He’s known for his roles as Sir Nighteye in My Hero Academia, Gyutaro in Demon Slayer, Finral in Black Clover, and Gen in Dr. Stone. He’s also voiced characters in Fire Emblem: Engage, Sasaki and Miyano, Nanbaka, Fire Force, Dragon Ball Super, One Piece, and Mushoku Tensei.

⚡️A flawless butler. A deadly demon. J. Michael Tatum is coming to Planet Anime KC! He joins us Saturday and Sunday.
J. Michael Tatum is an acclaimed voice actor and writer best known for his work in anime dubbing. After beginning his career with Funimation as Rikichi in Samurai 7, Tatum quickly became one of the most recognizable voices in anime.
His extensive list of fan-favorite roles includes Kyoya Ootori in Ouran High School Host Club, Sebastian Michaelis in Black Butler, Tomoe in Kamisama Kiss, France in Hetalia: Axis Powers, Erwin Smith in Attack on Titan, Okabe Rintaro in Steins;Gate, Eneru in One Piece, Tenya Iida in My Hero Academia, and Rei Ryugazaki in Free! In addition to voice acting, Tatum co-hosted the anime podcast That Anime Show from 2010 to 2014 alongside fellow voice actor Terri Doty and ADR engineer Stephen Hoff.

Martial T. Batchamen is a Film and Television Actor, known for Lootere (2024), Tali’s Joburg Diaries (2022-23), Redeeming Love (2022) and he plays Brook in Netflix’a live action One Piece. He was introduced into the film and television industry shortly after his arrival in South Africa at the age of 8, and made his first appearance in an international series named Charlie Jade (2005). Born in Yaoundé, Cameroon, he is fluent in both French and English.

👑 “Bye bye, baby!” - We’re excited to announce that Daniel Lasker, aka Mr. 9 in Netflix’s live action One Piece, is coming to Planet Anime KC! He joins us Saturday & Sunday.
Daniel Lasker is a South African actor, filmmaker, and director known for his roles in HBO’s Raised by Wolves, BBC One’s Our Girl, Syfy’s Vagrant Queen, and the History Channel miniseries Abraham Lincoln. He also appeared in season two of Noughts + Crosses. Anime fans will recognize Lasker as Mr. 9 in season two of Netflix’s live-action adaptation of One Piece.
As a filmmaker, Lasker directed the award-winning Zimbabwean sci-fi short film The Signal, recognized as the first Zimbabwean and first Ndebele-language science fiction film. He later made his feature directorial debut with the thriller Hidden Within.
