This is how it works: Do the qualifier and submit your scores for one, two or even three competitions. One effort, three chances to shine. ✨ Simply sign up for GTD, TnR and the Austrian Throwdown. This year, there will be more division options for you! Stay tuned for more details.

🔻 Der @germanthrowdown und @austrianthrowdown bekommen 2026 eine neue Division. Die Tore werden für Neulinge geöffnet.
Damit schaffen die zwei Events einen leichten Einstieg für frische Athleten und Athletinnen.
Die Throwdowns sind mitunter die größten Events in der DACH CrossFit Szene. Als Neuling auf so einer großen Bühne zu stehen, macht nicht nur unglaublich viel Spaß, sondern vor allem Lust auf mehr.
Ich spreche aus Erfahrung.
