What is this to be?
A flood of abstraction.
There is nothing to get; no narrative intention on our part.
Just music and dance from these four individuals
With spontaneity, freedom, and relationship as our guides.
What could it be?
You are welcome to be researchers here.
To notice what is satisfying
To notice when you get bored
To sense when a moment is special
To pay attention to things that speak to you; maybe a tingle, a smile, a memory…
We have spent our lives in committed study of these art forms.
There is a pleasure in what we are doing.
There is a risk of self indulgence.
There is also the possibility of something showing up that we will never replicate; that unplanned magic, who can only be invited but their presence never guaranteed.
How we engage together in this activity matters.
So if we care about you, and you are care about us, and we care about each other, right now,
Maybe that’s enough.
