This image taken for Shell Petroleum Company in Singapore, an ad for a new petrol that gives you longer range! This shoot was a little tricky as it was slated to shoot during one of the wettest times in Singapore, I always try to do my shoots as in-camera as possible, but for this, a little flexibility was needed, it was raining pretty much every day the week of the shoot, and the day before shoot day, it was sunny, so my instincts kicked in and i told my producer we needed to shoot plates, so we rushed down to the location and shot plates with beautiful sun. On shoot day, lo and behold it rained hard, studio plan kicked in and we shot everything in the studio. I told my clients that if we held out for weather I won't be able to guarantee sunny shots that week, but if it was studio, I guarantee sun! So studio it was... Took awhile for this to be released... This was shot 2 months before the pandemic struck! A brand film for @goairborne.macau , an indoor skydiving facility in Macau. A huge undertaking for us as not only did i direct the tvc but also shot the print. A week long shoot and super super long hours as i had to have multiple teams doing different shoots for all their various needs, from training videos to TVC to print... Of course with such a production, it takes a village, and this was a sizeable one! Much thanks to the trusting folks from GoAirborne for allowing me to do my thing, and to Lawrence Koh and YingYi for supporting my vision all the way! And to the brilliant folks at The Bureau, Kai Yeo and Edmund Seet for giving me such freedom to chase my shots/scenes and for the super sexy branding to compliment the TVC. Special thanks to my dearest Mabel Tay for without you, this won't have been remotely possible! Special thanks to Carolyn Teo and her superhuman daughter Kyra Poh whom i swear is part bird, part human for pushing herself to the limits of flight time in the tunnel. And how can I forget how Carolyn nursing me on her bosom holding ice pack and rubb some special cream on my head after i hit the glass wall and pretty much passed out, can't blame me when I put in 19 to 21 hours each day of shoot, the glass tunnel look transparent to me on the last day so I decided to walk through it! And to Patricia Eng for being the perfect model for the job,couldn't have been anyone else for this job! And of course most importantly to my crew,chiefly Kelvin Chew my DOP whom have pulled crazy hours and prep to make this even possible, and my assistant director Gayle Hariff who put together an intricate production schedule with military precision and her management of a whole lot of hardworking lads and gals. Lauri Aapro, your amazing flying skills with camera in hand, just amazing! And David Chan my producer who takes all my shit... I really don't understand how he does it but a decade on and he's been by my side, however and whatever i can throw at him,he has taken it all with grace... I love u for that! Hugsss and loveeeeee!

Latest work for Surya Pro with the amazing @bjawato who worked reallyyyyyyy hard to get those dunks in for me to capture just the right movement and expression! This was a fully CGI environment by the amazing @apix10 and produced by @2h.production

This scene was almost not going to happen, we had awful weather and light was dropping fast, we waited it out and pushed hard to make this glorious scene work for our clients @stronger with @tuivanrenterghem
