Well, the word is out. After close to 5 years, Genever will be closing our doors on January 25th. We’re going out on a high, “just like Schitt’s Creek” as says @sofibot !

This ‘50/50 Clown’ from our current Cocteau menu (#iykyn ) is made from Kabocha-infused cognac, sweet vermouth, @corbincashdistillery liqueur, brown butter, and Bolivar bitters. Definitely one to chase away the clouds!
