Making sure they get my good side. Colonoscopy time today. Nothing serious just some routine routing around in the safe but, it's important.
I've put this off for too long at this point. My grandfather passed from colon cancer, my mother and grandmother from breast cancer. I need to do better about facing these losses more proactively and this is the first step. I'm five years younger than my mother was when she passed and it's scary.
Also I get to look forward to dim-sum after 🥰
Two incredible years married to this incredible woman. People have reminded us so often of how much fun was had at our wedding saying we "threw the best one so far". It's really a beaming point of pride for us both. We just wanted to throw a kick ass party with all of our friends so we might as well get married.
I was never more emotional than I was watching you walk to me. Surrounded by friends and love I was overwhelmed. Sometimes happiness terrifies me because the moments can be fleeting. But, I wasn't scared for this to be over as this was only the start on a miraculous journey.
