On the boards, under construction, and newly opened, here's what we've been up to: 🤠 @toyotacenter : $180 million in upgrades that ignite the @houstonrockets fan experience. 🏒 Blackhawks Ice Center: The addition of 13,500 SF of dedicated hospitality space for the @nhlblackhawks + the community.  🧂 @mortonamphitheater : A new 16,000-capacity @livenation venue in Riverside, Missouri, protected by a 100,000 SF roof.  💜 @mocsakc : A trauma-informed space in Kansas City, Missouri, more than doubling the nonprofit's physical capacity.  🏗️ The Refinery: 147 new units nestled into the urban thread of the Crossroads Arts District in Kansas City, Missouri.  🎵 @cocacolaamp : Birmingham, Alabama's new 9,300-capacity open-air music destination, operated by Live Nation.  🏟️ Memorial Stadium: The redeveloped Memorial Stadium in Seattle will serve @seattlepublicschools and the broader community year-round.

We're back on the ice with the @seattlekraken and kirklandgov! The Kraken Iceplex & Community Center brings together two sheets of ice, a city-operated community center, and a neighborhood restaurant under one roof. The exterior of the building tells that story in three distinct ways: 1️⃣ A wood-inspired metal panel, influenced by the Pacific Northwest landscape, wraps the second-floor community center. 2️⃣ Blue accents along the street level subtly acknowledge the Kraken brand while helping distinguish the ice center. 3️⃣ At the corner, the restaurant invites visitors in through portal-like entries framed with inset glass.

Toyota Center Reimagined 🔥 @toyotacenter and Clutch City Sports & Entertainment are stepping into a new chapter— reimagining one of Houston’s most iconic downtown venues. Designed by Generator Studio, every move from arrival to final buzzer is intentional, rooted in hospitality, energy, and the spirit of Houston. A few highlights shaping the experience: 🔺 A nearly 20,000 SF atrium at Polk + La Branch is anchored by a glass-wrapped grand arrival and over 3,000 SF of covered outdoor gathering space 🔺 A new Season Ticket Members Lounge overlooks the atrium—open, connected, but still elevated and private where it needs to be 🔺 A completely reimagined @houstonrockets and @houcomets Team Store more than doubles the current footprint 🔺 A reworked south entry along Bell Street pulls you straight into the energy with immediate views into the bowl and a new hospitality-driven gathering space 🔺 Full renovation of all suites—layered, warmer, more intentional environments with better sightlines and stronger hosting functionality for everything from client engagement to game night energy 🔺 New social anchors introduced throughout, from the suite-level Summit Club to the upper concourse Sky Bar and HOU Market This is about more than an upgrade—it’s about redefining how people arrive, connect, and experience the game in Houston.

It's not every day you get to put your stamp on a project quite like this. Of the 42,298 space frame pieces supporting the roof of the Morton Amphitheater, the construction team had to get creative with naming them. That's how a handful ended up bearing the initials of our project team. The @cocacolaamp is built to perform! Owned by @thebjcc and managed by @livenation , the new 9,300-seat venue has quickly become a premier destination for live music and community events. With a backdrop of downtown Birmingham’s skyline, the amphitheater offers an elevated concert experience and strengthens the city’s growing entertainment scene. Designed with guest experience in mind, the venue features concessions, multiple bars and a VIP vinyl room with an outdoor patio overlooking downtown. With 17 parking lots across the BJCC campus, convenient rideshare access, sensory-inclusive amenities in partnership with KultureCity, as well as Coca-Cola’s Zero Waste Initiative, the amphitheater prioritizes accessibility, sustainability and a memorable experience for every guest. GOOD NEWS: Tom's Watch Bar took home the 2026 AGC of Washington Build Washington Award for Tenant Improvement (Public/Private) – Over $5M!
