The support I’ve received from the people in these photos (and many more) is immeasurable. When things got tough this prep and negativity showed its head, everywhere I turned I had a layer of support. The fact that it was mostly my own clients who caught me when I failed yesterday is meaningful in its own way. I can look back on this bad comp day fondly because I had my people around me. ❤️ #ontothenext

So many Spartacus members showed up for this years NSK even though we had so few lifters compete 😁 Proud to be a part of this group of people and to be a part of the sport. Congrats @dikewu_ on winning gold brudda, you earned it.
