Well cats out of the bag and I’m too pumped to not share! Ever since I was growing up, I’ve had a huge passion for the firearms industry. I grew up watching Instagram posts and YouTube videos of the “now” greats grow their products and develop into the amazing companies they are today! Well now it’s our turn! Gem State Machine is jumping into the firearms industry!!! Starting with three main products that help set us apart from a lot of the big box companies. Here’s the start of our new product line Ti Tactical, this new line focuses on three products that are crucial to a firearm set up. Scope rings, scope rails, and muzzle devices. These products are made from Grade 5 titanium! This allows us to be 2x as strong as our aluminum counterparts but with all the same weight savings. Been a minute since we posted so here’s what I’ve been ranting about lately! As well as a sneak peak on a product we’re looking to bring to market!!! I’ve always heard the phrase thrown around “Fake it till you make it” and I’ve said it plenty of times. The past few weeks this saying has been pressing on my mind and I feel like it has some missing hidden context with it. A lot of us small business owners live by this saying. But!!! I don’t think it’s faking it, I feel it’s living and projecting yourself in a way you want your buisness to be in 5 to 10 years. We’re in a small shop, only 1200sqft and that consist of my computer set up, material storage/handling, and our CNC machine. BUT I strive to show pride and run my shop as if we’re brining in a million or two a year. I strive to keep the shop clean, offer some services that bigger shops may offer, and project my self in such a way. Unless I’m running parts in the shop I always strive to dress professional and look put together even if it’s just me and the family in public. So you can say small shops like me are “faking it till we make it” but I see us projecting an image that we will carry through the rest of our businesses life.
