Olympic storytime. 7 years ago, a 2-person design studio was invited to a RFP to become the agency of record for one of the world’s most recognized brands. Led by Ben Hulse and myself, we were up against some of the world’s biggest design agencies, some with thousands of employees, and we won. This anthemic film was one of our major deliverables. My favourite moment filming came in Kingston, Jamaica with Usain Bolt. The idea was simple: he starts running alone through the streets, and kids gradually join him, all trying to outrun the fastest human alive. We cast roughly 100 kids, but by the final take there were 2-3x that number. Watching them run alongside their hero was one of those moments that sticks with you forever. To make this film feel truly Olympic, we committed to a global production: six countries, four continents, and more than 20 athletes. An epic production undertaking led by the incredible team at @scouts.tv Huge thanks to the remarkable athletes, including @usainbolt , @naomiosaka , @tonyhawk , @nyjah , @de6rasse and many others, who brought it all to life.
