𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘰 2, 2025 Images printed on acetate, steel, 240x135cm Exhibition view at @hkb_cap Part of a series inspired by fleeting moments in Peruvian celebrations. Castillos (castles) are massive wooden frameworks set off with fireworks. Through the deconstruction and recomposition of video screenshots, new 2D and 3D photo installations emerge, transforming an ephemeral spectacle into materiality and new spatial forms.

Sie zeigt, dass Abbildungen keine neutralen Abbilder der Realität sind, sondern durch Auswahl und Gestaltung eigene Bedeutungen erzeugen. Angelehnt an Walter Benjamins Konzept des Auratischen wird untersucht, wie sich die Wirkung von Kunstwerken durch Reproduktion verändert und dadurch die Wahrnehmung beeinflusst. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf persönlichen Textbeiträgen von Eigentümer:innen und Rezipient:innen, die ihre individuelle Beziehung zu Kunstpublikationen reflektieren sowie von persönlicher Bedeutung und Wertschätzung berichten. « No te olvides » 19-27th of September 2025 Join us for the opening on Friday, September 19, at 6 PM, beginning with a screening 🤍 At Cabane B, Mühledorfstrasse 18, 3018 Bern @cabane_b About the exhibition : No te olvides functions as a living archive, presenting the Tunantada, a dance from Jauja (Peru), as a space where colonial histories are embodied and reinterpreted. Through exaggerated characters like “the Spaniard”, “the Lawyer” and “the native”, the performance revives a fragmented past and reflects ongoing struggles over identity. The choreography serves as a powerful testimony of cultural resilience, subverting imposed hierarchies and preserving a collective memory.
