Fun fun fun. We had an excellent run this morning at the Hook 10k. @danjackson055 although unwell smashed it, I managed a top 20 and the old man took an age win; couldn’t do better than that! Tough course but good times.
My mum and I at the @goodwoodrevival - I think about 2003/4. She used to sign them on and I used to interview them: and we then mucked about at the press days. Happy days!
Top top morning @batterseaparkrun . Calf survived and I’m getting back with a 20:08. @danjackson055 did a an amazing lifetime best of 19:12 and met @johnpittom . What a day!
