They gave us 10 hours to do a two day job.
We said fine.
The Roundhouse. 1000 guests. 140 crew to build it. 50+ entertainers to bring it to life. Videographers and photographers covering every corner so nothing got missed. And a full team of caterers and bar staff making sure not one person waited, wanted, or noticed the seams. This is what large scale private event planning in London actually looks like behind the curtain.

For the Beauty Makers Awards, lighting, production and spatial design were used to shape the atmosphere from arrival through to the main stage, creating a setting that felt immersive, polished and built for impact.
