The shoot was quite a while ago but I think this really captured my essence during this time of my life, my poses are quite reserved and cocooned, prior to COVID I was incredibly sheltered, so caught up in my own world and navigating breakups and the challenges of entrepreneurship, head down and always working, then stepping out into the world and finding my feet, socially.
Planning the outfits for this was subconsciously intentional, with the pieces really communicating purity, playfulness and a little risqué.
JM did an incredible job with capturing the emotions through his incredible vision and eye for composition to communicate exactly what was going on in my brain.

Sometimes it’s choosing what feels right at the time - it can be anything - we learn, we try, we keep learning, experiencing, shifting, reflecting, growing - and either it aligns, fits, works but sometimes it doesn’t despite all the efforts - and that’s okay.
