To celebrate International Sculpture Day events this week, we are thrilled to launch the Fresh Air Sculpture 2026 YOUNG STUDENTS ART GALLERY CHALLENGE in collaboration with @galleryofthegiants —and it’s open to EVERYONE under 18! This exciting new challenge invites children and students to become sculptors and create their own small artwork inspired by the Carnival of the Animals —think colour, movement, costumes, music and imagination. Here is everything you need to know to get involved: 🦁 Theme: The Carnival of the Animals 🐝 Size: Maximum 10cm in any direction. You might make a selection of small pieces but they must all fit inside the 30x30x30 cube gallery 🐳 Materials: Recycled, reused, clay, wire, or mixed media, paint, collage, sculpture, anything! 🦒 Who: All students aged 18 and under, in 3 age categories. Under 10s, 11–14yrs, and 15–18yrs. 🐮 Big Prizes: £100 (1st), £30 (2nd), and £20 (3rd) cash prizes in every age category. 🪲 Exhibition: Entries will be displayed at the Fresh Air Sculpture 2026 Show. A wonderful afternoon workshop with @clarakintsugi at @household.design - Connecting. Creating. This has been a small dream realised thanks to the team at Household inviting us into their fantastic new home in Hoxton. Bringing art to the office and encouraging creative flow offline was the purpose and we had such a fantastic time. We exhibited the final Kintsugi pottery items in the tiny galleries at the end of the day - a small celebration of the joy creativity can bring! #thinksmalldreambig❤️

A bit of clay, a poem and Veo. Everything is changing and nothing changes.

Interim show. "Desktop Cairn" Unfired Porcelain. Some "throwaway" work I've been creating to get away from my screen. Lot's of fun happening this summer with the gallery - colabs and workshops so will update soon. Meanwhile here's a sombre moment as we enter another week of war and Trumpian deadlines. I have been making small bodily forms inspired by the flints I pick up on my walks around the Wiltshire landscape and as they began to pile up and resemble some of the cairns I see dotted about - it made me think of this poem by anti Vietnam war poet Robert Bly. plus ça change 🖤

I spent some time away from my computer @westonbirtarb learning a little bit about the art of Kinsugi with the wonderful @clarakintsugi So inspiring and a great way to focus the mind. I definitely recommend this course! Thanks @lightsheds_diana_henry for the company and I hope to get better at this and learn more. #noscreenday
