Orchestral shows with Katie Melua last August.
Co-ordinating these gigs as MD was a new challenge and I really loved it. Was a trip to collaborate with amazing orchestras from all over Europe and play Andrew Skeet and Paul Frith’s arrangements each night.
Proud of how lyrical, dynamic, grooving and tasteful this band sounded this year.

Bewildered to find myself in @britishvogue today. But nice memory of a lovely night playing hip-hop on the piano for a pretty mad cross-section of london’s arts/music scene.

Feels like we’ve come on such a journey with them this year; from reworking the original arrangements and touring them as a band, then adapting our parts for orchestral shows in August.
On this gig we took the whole thing to pieces again and went completely free on it all.
