Kultur Kiddos Erasmus+ youth exchange in Câmara de Lobos, Madeira was truly one of them 🌍❤️ As a project manager at @futuretraininternational & co-facilitator with all participants, I had the privilege of witnessing something beautiful unfold day after day: complete strangers from different countries, cultures, and stories slowly becoming a real international community 🤝 Through dialogue 🗣️, creativity 🎭, vulnerability 💭, laughter 😂, long reflections 🌙, nature 🌿, and shared experiences, borders and walls disappeared and genuine human connections were born. To this day I am writing this, we are still talking to eachothers, meeting and planning future gatherings! Beyond the workshops and activities, what made this project unforgettable was the feeling behind it all, the safe space we created together. 
A space where people felt seen, heard, accepted, and free to simply be themselves ✨ And when that happens… something magical grows 🌱💫 I leave this experience with deep gratitude for every conversation, every smile, every challenge, and every person who shared a piece of their heart throughout this journey 🙏❤️ These are the moments that remind me why youth work matters so much to me and to every young person who need this the most! My two month ESC volunteering at Föreningen Framtidståget has come to an end! 🇸🇪 During this time I have been involved in ERASMUS+ project management and a national project about high school dropouts. KULTUR KIDDOS Dia 7 ✨ Chegámos ao último dia do nosso intercâmbio, marcado por momentos de reflexão e despedidas emocionantes. Ao longo do dia, explorámos a atividade “Paradox of Our Time”, criando espaço para pensar sobre o ritmo do mundo atual, as nossas prioridades e a importância de estarmos verdadeiramente presentes. Tivemos também momentos de meditação e reflexão pessoal, em que cada participante pôde olhar para o caminho vivido ao longo desta experiência. Falámos ainda sobre oportunidades europeias para jovens, abrindo portas para futuras experiências de participação, mobilidade e aprendizagem internacional. Terminámos com um jantar de despedida e a cerimónia Youthpass, celebrando tudo aquilo que levamos connosco deste intercâmbio. Learn more: soulvia.se We are especially looking for someone who loves creating social media content and wants to use their creativity for a meaningful social impact project. KULTUR KIDDOS Dia 6 🎭🌱🎨 O sexto dia do nosso intercâmbio foi intenso e cheio de significado. Entre arte, natureza e expressão, pusemos mãos à obra na criação de um mural colaborativo, transformando um espaço comum numa intervenção artística feita pelos próprios participantes. Também realizámos a plantação de estreleiras, deixando uma marca viva deste encontro intercultural. Ao longo da tarde, o grupo concentrou-se nos últimos ensaios. Depois de vários dias de criação, reflexão e trabalho em equipa, chegou finalmente o momento da apresentação pública das pequenas peças de teatro que reuniu comunidade, criatividade e muitas emoções. Cada grupo trouxe histórias, perspetivas e temas ligados à identidade, pertença e diversidade . O intercâmbio continua a afirmar-se como um espaço de encontro entre culturas, onde os jovens exploram novas formas de expressão, fortalecem laços e descobrem o valor da diversidade por meio da arte e da participação ativa. “Kultur Kiddos – Belonging Beyond Borders” é financiado pela União Europeia, através do programa Erasmus+. @barb_a_prod

KULTUR KIDDOS Dia 5 🎭 O quinto dia do intercâmbio foi vivido entre ideias, ensaios, criatividade e trabalho de equipa. Grande parte das atividades centrou-se na conceção e preparação das apresentações teatrais, onde os participantes começaram a transformar reflexões, emoções e experiências em expressão artística. Ao longo do dia, os grupos mergulharam nos processos criativos, explorando personagens, cenas, mensagens e diferentes formas de comunicar através do teatro. Foi um dia intenso, marcado pela escuta e pela construção coletiva. Paralelamente, decorreram também algumas oficinas que permitiram aprofundar competências e estimular novas formas de expressão e interação entre os participantes. Pouco a pouco, o intercâmbio vai ganhando palco, voz e identidade própria. “Kultur Kiddos – Belonging Beyond Borders” reúne jovens de diferentes países para explorar temas ligados à cultura, identidade, diversidade e pertença, promovendo o diálogo intercultural, a criatividade e a participação ativa através da arte e da educação não formal.
