First mixed-media edit from our Alice in Wonderland inspired fashion photoshoot 🐇✨🌀🍄
Wanted to do my own take on the dollhouse scene with a nostalgic nod to this iconic vintage pull toy house (made out of some corrugated plastic sheets I had, colored cardstock, mini skateboard wheels wrapped in balloons, and the face I designed and cut out on my machine).
Took the photo of Leslie at @cinemakerstudios , then printed it out and scanned the cutout back into this landscape scene made with textured paper for the grass and a paper cut collage I made for the sky (part of a larger art piece in the works that I spent hours ripping paper apart to make the perfect clouds for). A true labor of creative love and experimentation 🌀

We’ll discuss the modern return to craftsmanship and the role it can play in weaving the more beautiful future that we ache for. And we’ll share personal anecdotes and acknowledgements of what craft means to us, and how we want to incorporate it into our lives moving forward.
