Tickets to @futureiconsselects 2026 @londoncraftweek and beyond are now live! To view our selected artisans or book your free ticket please visit our bio. This year, we will be showing our 40+ leading contemporary craft led artisans in 2 parts @83rivingtonstreet - Part 1 for LCW is 15-17 May, Part 2 for those who cannot attend LCW will have the chance to visit between 19-21 May. As we are artist (✊) first and take no commission on sales - we decided to extend FIS '26 into the following week and focus on attracting our beloved A&D community. Therefore any interior design, architect practice, gallery team or in house procurement team that would like to apply for a pre-booked tour to view these selected collections and meet our artisans in person are welcome to apply for a prearranged tour of Future Icons Selects between 19-21 May. Pre-booked tour groups will enjoy a complementary drink and a copy of @olisemagazine as a welcome gift on arrival. @futureiconsselects opens tomorrow! @hello.ditto is showing their Permutations & Combinations collection at the show - Emma Cooke takes inspiration from Brutalist architecture and Mid-Century design aesthetics (sounds perfect!) and each piece of the mould is individually decorated by hand before being pieced together and cast as a singular vessel. Their work subverts what is traditionally a method of mass production. So clever.

Not long until @futureiconsselects - the show opens on Friday! @totterdown_potterdown aka Emily Gibbard transforms vessels that are thrown onto the wheel into amazing sculptures. Her work explores body perception, identity and sexuality. Inspiration comes from her work in female empowerment as well as prehistoric sculpture. See her at the show amongst other gorgeous contemporary craft at @83rivingtonstreet

@rkceramics_ at @futureiconsselects - Rachel Karasik shows Cradled, a series of ‘collaborative’ vessels, sculptures and wall hangings that combine ceramic chainmail baskets with rounded hand built forms. Each piece is kinetic and tactile, designed to be handled, manipulated, felt and heard. Rachel holds a BA in Criticism, Communication and Curation: Art and and Design from Central Saint Martins which sounds like the most amazing course! Future Icons Selects is at @83rivingtonstreet from 15-21 May. Can’t wait!

At @futureiconsselects look out for the work of Modern Ceramic - the studio of @stevecook__ His work is based around minimalist wheel-thrown forms and inspired by and reference the UK steel industry and his experience growing up in the 1970s and 80s in Sheffield. His obsessions with sci-fi, typography, science, minimalism, brutalism, Japanese ceramics, Nordic design and Lego lead to objects anchored in ceramics but paired with unexpected materials and technology. So cool. Future Icons Selects is at @83rivingtonstreet from 15-21 May, read about Steve and the other ceramic artists on my website.
