OUT OF MY MIND IS OFFICIALLY YOURS.
I wrote this song in almost its entirety by speaking a voice memo on a drive from NYC > BOS at 3am in the morning.
I just like reiterating that Wish You Well felt like an opportunity to kick down the proverbial door and share a rager of a song after 4 years of not releasing new music.
This song feels almost more important, because - to me - it feels like confirmation that we aren’t about to stop anytime soon.
That being said - taking the opportunity to bask in the glory of this Mumfordy/Chris Stapletony/Noah Kahany/angsty banger about feeling invisible and alone. Can’t wait to see the playlists y’all add it to and hopefully the videos of y’all enjoying it.

The album is aptly titled Family Night in tribute to the open jam that Alex lead from ~ 2009 through ~ 2017. Our band was birthed from these community building nights of musical magic so it was only fitting that our debut album bare its name.
This Saturday, May 2nd we celebrate w/ an album release show at @radiobean w/ our pals @myguymakesmusic coming down from Portland & local rippers @threepiecemealband Doors at 8, music at 8:30. $10 cover.

I’ve always struggled with feeling left behind and invisible - and somehow leaving one of the most densely populated cities in the world, felt that amplified more than ever.
I’m so proud of this song and the team that brought it to life - and cannot wait to share this with you.

My next record is about all the messy new beginnings in all their various forms; a relationship ending or starting, or reframing your relationship with something intangible to give it a fresh and new perspective.
