The RigPro team recently stepped the mast on TP52 Musica - an install of a @southernspars mast paired with @futurefibres #ECsix rigging. But this time, we did things a little differently… Captured through @oakley @meta_smart_glasses , you’re getting the full rigger point of view. Which means less polished drone shots… and a lot more “don’t drop that” moments from 40 metres up. Turns out, climbing masts while filming is just another skill to add to the list. As Artemis II prepares to carry humans around the Moon, it highlights how far fibre technology has progressed - and how widely it now applies. The North Sound @maxiregatta wrapped up at the @bitter_end_yacht_club after five days of world‑class racing in one of the most stunning venues in the world. The event has quickly become known for its balance of top‑tier competition and a welcoming, laid‑back atmosphere, combining exciting courses with time for sailors, families, and supporters to enjoy the unique setting and community energy that North Sound is building. In the Maxi Class, North‑powered @vracing111 claimed the top spot, with tactician and North Sails President @ken.read describing the final day as “tough, light, squally conditions… a tricky, unpredictable start, but the boat did its thing. Winning the maxi division was always the goal, and we couldn’t be prouder of the whole team.” Another standout moment came during Triple Head Sunday, a straight‑line speed challenge unlike any other, where North‑powered @blackjackyachting topped the Maxi class with the fastest time. In the Performance Class, @sy_freya , also powered by North Sails, delivered an impressive series of wins. Tactician @kimosail noted that “it was full‑on, testing every sail in the inventory. With the correct sail choices and teamwork, we came out on top; four wins against strong competition. Sailing here, in these conditions, is simply the best in the world.” All but one of the fleet sailed with a @southernspars mast—a clear reflection of where owners and teams place their trust at this level. @futurefibres was also widely represented throughout the fleet, with ECsix and performance rigging solutions a common sight across a highly competitive line-up.
