B Corp Certification helped guide that transformation, and since then, we have completely changed our business and our reputation in the production community. Instead of being known for things like wiggling contractors down on price, we hear folks say things like, "I left this experience with a new sense of self-confidence that was cultivated over a few hours with your amazing group of people." Our team, our processes, our ethos, and the mission-aligned work we're able to win now are all in some part because of our B Corp Certification. We used to be about 20% mission-aligned project work, and nowadays we're more like 80/20!"
