Spin is where my instructor journey began 🥹
I was 18 years old when I taught my very first class. Since then, I’ve become certified in bootcamp, group fitness, personal training, and Pilates. As much as I love teaching all forms of movement, spin will forever have my heart 🤍⚡️
Still my favourite class to teach, every single time.

Strong and intense can be slow and controlled!
This class had Sophie 17-Faye 73. We had athletes, and non athletes.
Never underestimate the high value on group fitness. This is a group of humans supporting and excited to be together and improving their fitness.
Today the round of applause had to go to Faye hitting the single arm push back on a blue spring 💙
My fitness hero Faye.
Training my legs in my 50s is a different experience than it was in my 20s, and that’s completely normal. Today’s focus was on hip health, glutes, and hamstrings.
Approaching a leg workout requires a specific mindset, and today wasn’t the day for anything too intense. That doesn’t mean I skipped it entirely; it just meant I opted for a lighter load. Every day brings its own challenges. Sometimes I thrive with a motivating instructor pushing me, while other times I prefer to train solo, tuning into my body and mind. Whatever it takes!
We did it.
We hiked Pico Mountain
@mountpicoazores in the Azores… and I’m still a little in awe of it all.
Hands down the hardest thing I’ve ever done — physically, mentally, all of it.
There were moments I wasn’t sure ... but we kept going. Step by step, together❤️
And that’s the magic of it.
Strong, powerful women … cheering, laughing, pushing, and not letting you quit.
This wasn’t just a hike.
It was a reminder of what we’re capable of.
Tired. Proud. Grateful.
And feeling pretty unstoppable right now 💥
