Your body was made to move š¤
You donāt have to do it perfectly, quickly, or even for very long. Just start. One walk, one run, one step outside can change the entire direction of your day.
Move your body today ā your mind will thank you for it laterĀ”!

Some days my body lets me run. Some days it asks me to slow down and walk insteadš¤·š¼āāļø
Living with a chronic/invisible illness means constantly learning the difference between pushing yourself and listening to yourself. And honestly? Choosing the walk over forcing the run is still progressĀ”!
Movement does not have to look impressive to matter. A slow walk, extra rest, shortened workout, or simply showing up still counts š
So this is your reminder that if your body changed the plan today, you did not fail! You listened! And that matters tooĀ”!

Running isnāt always splits, pace, and progress.
Some days itās missing your watch beep, laughing mid-run, and running straight through the sprinklers š¦
Yesāthere are days to train hard, lock in, and chase goals.
But there are also days to take a step back, breathe, and remember why you started.
Run for joy. Run for fun. Run just because you can. š«¶š¼

Balancing doctorās appointments and grad school⦠one day at a time š¤
Some days look like waiting rooms and quizlet, fatigue and focus, setbacks and small wins. Itās not always pretty, and itās definitely not easyābut Iām still showing up for myself and my future.
Slow progress is still progress. And Iām not done yet. āØ

Apparently Iāve been āØunderestimating⨠my salt era š¤·š¼āāļøš§
Like⦠finding out Iāve basically been under dosing myself this whole time??? š
To put it into perspective, if one electrolyte packet has ~1000 mg of sodium⦠Iād need aboutā10 of those a dayā at a minimum
so naturally I had to sit there and visualize what that even looks like⦠and yeah⦠āØsalt⨠is my new personality trait now
itās kinda funny, kinda exhausting, but also just one of those things you learn to roll with when your body plays by different rules š¤
