Boa tarde đ”đč we will be serving these on Saturday, a classic Portuguese snack, Rissois. A crumbed savoury pastry with a smoked lamb filling and a little pot of chimmichurri for dipping... muito bom (very tasty)
There will also be a vegan smoked beetroot rissois as well.

I've been waiting for an opportunity to do this one. You can cook bacalha 1000 different ways but this one is my favourite. Salt cod, caramelised onion, potato sticks & black olives topped with a smoked egg yolk (Fumar style)
