MEET CHEF GAGE; A Santa Cruz industry veteran with a can-do & fix it all mentality. Chef Gage has been training hard with us for the last two years. He’s learned all of the positions here in the kitchen at Full Steam. Lately he’s been preparing our broths and tares with Chef Curtis. This week, we’re turning him loose onto you. He is leaning hard into his East-Coast heritage (all the way from MAINE baybee) & hitting ya with a New-England style Clam Chowder Ramen (AKA CHOWDAH-MEN). The bowl comes topped with steamed clams, crispy potatoes, bacon fat & bacon, oyster chips, chives, a tare egg & in an ever so unctuous bowl of clam chowder-tonkotsu broth. We’re running this ONE DAY ONLY this SATURDAY 3/28. To pair with this @afterhourssc will be serving a @allagashbrewing Belgian-Style White beer!
