Made new music video stuff for your eyes to listen to. The Lanes' "Adriana" is such a great song, I had it on repeat for weeks after getting the new album. So firmly stuck in my head that I ultimately asked Kevin if I could make a video for it. Poor guy said yes, so now the band has this thing! 12 years ago today - Oukast at the Adult Swim Upfront in NYC. Amazing. An absolute highlight of my first stint at Turner. I mean, that's a modest zoom on my crappy phone camera - I was maybe 15-20 feet away from this, in a relatively small venue, there's no other freaking way I was going to see Outkast that closely without the good graces of the folks who let me go to Upfront that year. I knew I was going to be leaving the company in a few months (only to return after a year and a half) and this was an awesome way to end it - a fantastic going away party in my mind, even if no one else knew it at the time.
Stuntdouble in Virginia, another awesome find from @lynnharrismedcalf ! If you look closely at @artbyjonmilavec , he's surrounded by shards of breakaway glass, because he just smashed a prop beer bottle over his own head! It was incredible! And we've apparently got a Lost Man t-shirt hanging on @rheublein 's frame?!
@lynnharrismedcalf dug up a photo of Stuntdouble that I've never seen before! Jon is rocking out like a badass, and there's a bit of Rob Heublein visible behind me. We're thinking this might be Richmond, Virginia? Which would mean @dustybladesdj is on drums? Many thanks to Lynn for finding this!
