My OFS onboarding experience was so impactful. Meeting the Menke family, interacting with the proud employees, touring the factories, experiencing the culture…it became evident why OFS has continued to grow year after year. They care. They care about their customer experience, they care about their attention to detail in their beautiful products, they care about their people, they care about the planet. Everything they do is rooted in family and pride and love, and I feel so honored to be part of their amazing team.
Last week was a whirlwind! We kicked it off at our @ofs National Sales Meeting in beautiful Miami, Florida- an energizing reunion filled with inspiration and gratitude. From there, we headed back to Phoenix just in time for our favorite @iida_southwest event of the year, Couture!
