It's T-minus 3 days until @floridastateuniversity 's spring commencement ceremonies, and we're celebrating our #FSU2026 grads! 🎓
On Friday morning, Aaron Rodriguez will cross the stage to receive his doctorate in literature, media and culture from @fsuenglish .
"I'm part of a team creating a data lab at Strozier Library to support the evolving big data needs of students, faculty and staff. My personal research focuses on identifying bias in the 'big data' used to train large language models, such as ChatGPT, and I frequently lead workshops on text analysis and data manipulation using the programming language Python. Effectively, I partner with researchers to bridge technical skill gaps and implement advanced methodologies in their scholarship."
After graduation, Rodriguez will pursue a master's in information from @fsu_ischool to further his expertise in information science and library leadership. He intends to simultaneously develop his dissertation into a book-length publication.
