FSU students and faculty recently had the opportunity to learn from Dr. Richard L. Sandor, the “father of financial futures,” whose career has shaped the worlds of finance, policy and environmental innovation.
During his visit to Florida State, Dr. Sandor shared reflections from decades of experience developing new financial ideas and market‑based approaches to addressing global challenges.
Hosted by the College of Social Sciences and Public Policy at the Herbert Wertheim College of Business, moments like this reflect the access and experiences that define the FSU community, learning directly from world‑changing thinkers beyond the classroom.
