First day of the competition: Static Apnea.
Static has always been my favorite discipline because, honestly, it feels like I don’t have to put too much effort, just stay still and dreaming.
It’s an honor to be part of @get_ecstatic training. @tomway.fd , one of the most passionate individuals in static apnea, has not only mastered training methods but also dives deep into the physiology behind it, down to the every single tiniest details. He showed me how simple it can be to hold your breath for 5 minutes+
I believe that my journey doesn’t end here. I want to keep progressing and share the joy of static apnea with everyone, just like the meaning of ecstatic: feeling or expressing overwhelming happiness or joyful excitement (while doing static apnea)

Finally, the last day of the competition: DYN (Dynamic with Fins).
I decided to change my setup
switching from topless to a top suit with long pants, hoping to push a few more meters.
But fate had other plans. I finished with the less distance as on day two, yet I am satisfied. A white card in hand, and with it, the reminder that every dive is a victory in its own way.

How much is too much?
How does it feel to got pb in my most hated discipline however got blackout in favourite discipline?
Train a lot with @get_ecstatic on my back but ended up having early blackout during sta.
Comp nervous, always happened.
But on 2nd round, somehow all the nervous gone. No target for dyn, no expectation, and thanks to @freedivewith.pat and the workshop.
Dynamic always be my least favourite discipline. But ended up got pb in all dynamic discipline. Never do more than 110m in training, but finish the dive at 118 and 121m.
Never do more than 80m dnf, but finish the dive at 92m.
Somehow everything feels easy now.
So it's not about how much i can push, but how much i can put my nerves down.
Thanks @jakartafreedivecompetition for organizing this freedive competition.

Most people see water.
Some see beauty.
A few feel freedom.
In captivity, water is something you look at—
framed, contained, controlled.
Clear, but never truly alive.
In the wild, water is something you surrender to—
unpredictable, endless, and real.
Not designed for you, yet somehow it’s where you belong.
Same element.
Different perspective.
Momen terbaik di bawah air selalu terjadi dalam hitungan detik—ketika cahaya, gerakan, dan timing bertemu dengan sempurna.
Percoban kedua foto serius 😌
Jasa safety static dibayar foto 😌

Bangunan tua berdiri tanpa perlu pembelaan,
kopi pahit disajikan tanpa kompromi,
dan sejarah mengalir di setiap sudut jalan.
Di kota ini, kedamaian bukan berarti sunyi.
Tapi tentang berdamai dengan masa lalu
dan berjalan ke depan tanpa banyak penjelasan.
Ninh Bình, especially the Hoa Lư Ancient Capital—was Vietnam’s first capital of Đại Cồ Việt in the 10th century under King Đinh Bộ Lĩnh.
It lies within the Trang An Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (2014), recognized for its rare blend of history, culture, and limestone karst geology. The dramatic karst cliffs and caves once served as natural defenses for the ancient capital, while the stones and caves preserve archaeological remains, temples, and traces of early Vietnamese civilization.
