FRISSON is delighted to host Lele Dai (@_monki_monk ) and Kai Tomlinson (@kylesmilezone ) for a performance on Thursday, May 7th, 6:30 pm to 8 pm. 哎 (pronounced AI) fell on Earth in a meteorite on a spring night in 2026. When they landed, they made an “ai” sound. People on Earth just called them that.  2026 年的一個春夜，哎從一顆隕石落入地球。當它落地時，發出了一「ai」的聲響。從此地球上的人就這樣稱呼它。 哎 idles in dollar stores and empty classrooms. They morph from a stream of soft depression to a string of instant imagination.  Accidentally, They reclaim AI!  哎在壹圓店和空蕩的教室中游離。 它從一泉柔軟的沮喪變形成一串瞬間的想像。 不經意間， 它重塑了AI!

FRISSON is delighted to host a performance by the spectacular duo Star & Stan (@star.and.stan ) this Thursday, April 23rd from 6pm to 8pm. Star & Stan are a British/American performance duo consisting of artists Kate Williams (@temp.girl.1.2.3 ) and Reed Rushes (@reedrushes ). They are based in Queens, New York. Formed in 2023, Star & Stan have performed across New York at Performance Space New York, Park Avenue Armory, PAGEANT, Art OMI, and Basilica Hudson. They have performed internationally at Les Urbaines (Switzerland), La Machine du Moulin Rouge (Paris), CREAMCAKE (Berlin), BENTA Gallery (Istanbul), and South Parade (London). Reed Rushes holds an MFA from the Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts Bard College, New York (2022), where they received the Teaching Fellowship in Critical Cartography and Performance (2021) and they are a Queer Art Fellow (2025). Williams holds a BA in Dance and Human Rights from Bard College, New York, receiving the Ana Itelman Prize for Choreography. Star & Stan have been visiting artists at the Bristol School of Acting (UK) and School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

The opening of One Year From Genesis will feature the fabulous Stevie Knauss (@steviaxtracted ) working in the capacity of the scribe. She will produce a complete and bound record of the event, utilizing her thermal typewriter. The Live Binding will take place throughout the entire event, 6 pm to 8 pm. We are looking forward to marking our one year anniversary with you!
