Honoring Tribeca with love and gratitude. Our team spent the day at Duane Park—cleaning, trimming, and painting. For Earth Day, we created a tee honoring the heart of Tribeca, featuring an archival image and the year it became a public space. Through April 30, 100% of net proceeds will be donated to Friends of Duane Park (@friendsofduanepark ).

For Earth Day, we wanted to give back in a meaningful way. We created a tee honoring Duane Park—the heart of Tribeca. The design features an archival image of the park, marked with the year it became a public space. From April 17th through April 30th, 100% of net proceeds from this tee—sold in stores and on nililotan.com—will be donated to Friends of Duane Park (@friendsofduanepark ). Tribeca is my base. It always has been. This is my way of giving back to a place that has given me so much.

To do this weekend: Clean out your files and folders and gather all unneeded paper to bring to Duane Park next Saturday, April 18th, between 10am-2pm for our annual Shred Day. The big truck will be there to chew it all up for recycling. Unfortunately the truck cannot accept books or magazines, but it will be able to shred hard drives already removed from their devices. While you’re at it, look through your closets for unused sports equipment, which will be collected and donated to @hudson_guild . We tried to nab this restaurant a couple of years ago but they had just opened and the timing wasn’t right. Things tend to get busy when you quickly receive three stars from @nytimes . Now they are fully settled in their new home in Tribeca, and we couldn’t be happier to announce that Eulalie is our restaurant partner for the 5th annual Dinner on Duane! As they do during dinner hours at 239 W. Broadway, for Dinner on Duane Eulalie owners Chip Smith and Tina Vaughn will serve a seasonal menu inspired by the harvest and marrying flavors and techniques from France and their native North Carolina. There will be a terrine, pickles and eggs, succulent meats, and vegetables galore provided by their friends @spruceridgefarmny in Old Chatham, NY. As always, Dinner on Duane will feature wine pairings from @tribecawine and @adrianchalk , and will end on a sweet note from @duaneparkpatisserie . Creations by @elanflowers will adorn our community picnic table. Dinner on Duane 2026 will take place on Sunday, September 13. Tickets on sale June 1.
