At Hudson Guild’s 14th Annual Benefit on May 13, thanks to your generosity, we raised critical funds to support the programs that make Hudson Guild a lifeline for our community. This video offers a glimpse into a day in the life at Hudson Guild—from early childhood education to college success, mental health services to the arts, after-school programs, adult services, supportive housing, and more. These stories are the reason we do what we do—and why your support means so much. We are so grateful to Senator @bradhoylman for his support in providing funds (and a giant check!) for a new playground at Hudson Guild’s Amsterdam Center for Early Childhood Education! We are excited for a much-needed safe and fun playground for the ECE children and the Amsterdam Houses community. Many thanks also to Lisa Bova-Hiatt from NYCHA, Beverly Donohue from Manhattan Community Board 7, and Yvette Powell from the Amsterdam Houses Tenant Association for all of your support for this project! The children are looking forward to their new playground! . . . . #HudsonGuild #HG #AmsterdamCenter #WestSide #ECE #EarlyChildhoodEducation #YouthEducation #EarlyChildhoodServices #FreeServices #CommunityOrganization #EssentialResources #ThankYou #NonProfit #support #GivingBack #NYC #chelsea #ChelseaCommunity

Hudson Guild’s 15th Annual Benefit returns on Monday, April 27. Join us for an evening celebrating community, impact, and partnership as we honor The Tapestry Foundation. For more than 10 years, Tapestry and its brands, including Coach and Kate Spade New York, have been dedicated partners in our work. Their support has included hundreds of employee volunteers, hands-on opportunities for students, and meaningful financial investment. Together, we reach 16,000 neighbors each year with programs in education, mental health, workforce development, and the arts. Because of this support, last year: • 87% of children in our early childhood programs entered kindergarten ready to succeed • 350 high school students received more than 2,500 hours of tutoring and college prep • 6,790 counseling sessions supported over 200 community members • Nearly 4,600 visitors engaged with artwork from 489 artists • 97% of our college applicants enrolled in 2 or 4 year institutions We are proud to recognize Julia Furnari, Executive Director of The Tapestry Foundation and Coach Foundation, who will accept this year’s award. She leads global philanthropic efforts at Tapestry and has overseen more than $250 million in charitable giving while advancing sustainability, disaster relief, and access to education worldwide. Hudson Guild’s Annual Benefit has raised more than $10 million to support free and low-cost programs for our community. Purchase your table or ticket at HudsonGuild.org/benefit
