Thanks @willungafarmersmarket for inviting me to help celebrate their 20 year birthday celebrations. The beautiful produce was so fresh and seasonal and I cooked alpacca for the first time.
Here it is teamed with fresh figs, basil and tomato crush. Delicious!
Really grateful to Charlie and Skye at @paralianwines for having me cook for their annual growers lunch yesterday. The menu featured ingredients from my garden, including home grown asparagus, olives and fresh tomatoes and loads of freshly grown herbs. I used kingfish and cornfed chicken and finished with a delicious Christmassy Panettone dessert.
