Punk rock blew up in the mid 70s as a raw response to overproduced mainstream music. Fast, loud and DIY at its core, it proved anyone could start a band, press records and push back against the norm.
It didn’t stop at music. Punk shaped fashion, art and independent culture, giving a voice to disillusioned youth and influencing scenes worldwide. That energy still carries through today.
Join Radio Clash presenters John & Paul as they dig into their vinyl collections for 2 hours of original records, celebrating 50 years of punk.

Together they run Spettro, a vinyl-only underground project dedicated to long-play sets, low-light spaces, and music that holds a room over time.

Stormy skies and heavy rain didn’t slow things down, just a packed room of smiling faces and high energy all night. A full takeover with a soulful warm-up from @matrika_music ,followed by ex-Berlin resident @tred___ on vinyl, and closing with @naaes.dj bringing that signature uplifting energy.

She’s been popping up everywhere the past couple years and for good reason.
