My debut self-titled album, Frenchie, is out NOW 🥹💕Wow—what a journey this has been. These songs were born from a deeply transformative, vulnerable, and soul searching year in my Psychotherapy training. Collaborating with incredibly talented musicians and friends who brought this vision to musical life in a way I could only dream of.
I’ve poured so much of myself into this album—my deepest personal reflections, my rawest emotions. It’s as vulnerable as I can be, like a musical diary… emotional nudism.
Looking back, as my life has changed and evolved, I now see that year of writing as my caterpillar-to-butterfly transformation. The butterfly became a deeply personal and romantic symbol for me during that time, a theme woven into the final song, Sapphires and Butterflies. 💎🦋
After two years in the making, it’s finally here. Now, these songs are yours to keep, to take on a new life of their own. I hope they speak to you 💕
