Over 14 days, I will lead a small photography workshop in Northern Mongolia. During these two weeks, we will travel through some of the most beautiful and pristine areas of a lesser-traveled part of Mongolia, meeting locals and immersing as much as possible with the culture and life in the countryside. The group of participants will be small (just 5-7 people) in order to allow the most immersive experience possible.
I will share my deep interest for the country and also teach lessons and talk about how I approach photography in general, my workflow processes and shooting regimen, to help each participant improve their skills and hone their craft creating a truly bespoke and one-on-one experience.

I am excited to announce that I will be hosting my fourth photography workshop in Mongolia this Spring, from May 24-June 6, 2026.
This time, the journey will focus mainly on central and Northern Mongolia where we will explore Khuvsgul Lake, the Taiga surrounding it and meet with the Tsataan, a distinct community of semi-nomadic reindeer herders living in the far north of Mongolia.
This workshop is only available to a small group of participants (min 5 / max 7) in order to be be able to fully immerse with local life and culture and get the most out of the journey.
Throughout the trip, I will give themed lectures with different photographic assignments so each participant has the opportunity to create an extensive body of work.

Moments captured while traveling through Mongolia in the spring of 2025. Immersed and surrounded by those majestic landscapes, the world’s chaos feels very distant.

In Afghanistan’s Pamir mountains, I walked, sometimes ran, along the rugged and narrow paths through the Wakhan Corridor, most of the time struggling to keep up with the pace. For a few weeks, farmers from the lower valley, who took a welcome time off from their harsh daily winter grind helped as my guides and lead me to the high plateau of the Pamir Mountains and the Hindukush.
Here are a few still images shot along the way while working on the short movie “Lost On The Roof Of The World” documenting the different Kyrgyz and Wakhi communities living in that tiny corner of North East Afghanistan.
