Halo! This is Orangugu Freddi Wong. I am a multimedia artist and educator based in London, with my primary focus in the teaching of dance, Cantonese (my mother tongue, native language spoken in Hong Kong) and traditional Chinese reading and writing to people with and without special learning needs.
With my insights earned from being a speech therapist in Hong Kong, I advocate the use of small-class settings and personalized learning strategies in the education of both dance and language.
My choreography is inspired by rhythm and the pure joy of using the physical body to play around musicality.
Physically presented in the hybrid style of contemporary, modern, and hip-hop dance, I advocate clarity in teaching and foster a fun and supportive learning atmosphere for my students and workshop participants.
I am soon finishing my BA in Contemporary Dance at London Contemporary Dance School this July 2024. Looking forward to working with London's schools, galleries, and museums in running dance workshops, private classes, community dance projects, and relevant dance/movement productions.

看完 #yoasobi 演唱會，好像有點感受，又好像有點懶得去整理，姑且就趁這些迴響在腦海溜走之前，用文字幫它們拍一張照片，紀錄一下這刻的一些想法。
演出很好看，成功演譯到Yoasobi歌曲的生命力。對，生命力應該是我喜歡這隊樂隊的原因。非常內斂的我，照道理應該不會喜歡這種澎湃的音樂才對。然而作品中的生命力和滿瀉的熱情，卻豪不留情地將我的心緊緊抓住。
《群青》的MV正正就是講一名女生想要跳當代舞的故事。世界末日來了，她和一班動物在冷清的舞台上翩翩起舞，熱血中滲著一點悲傷。日本有一支舞團更用這首曲排了一隻舞，舞者一邊跳舞一邊把藍色顏料塗到身上，非常熱血，非常震撼。多少個晚上，我坐在電腦前面把這支舞和這首歌聽了一遍又一遍，一邊幻想著自己有一天也能弄點這樣的東西，不過這個所謂「夢想」應該難以完成了，至少現在是吧。
等待開場的時候沒事幹，就觀察一下在場的觀眾。有趣地發現年齡層非常的廣，也好像男性比女性多。跟AI聊天，問它有甚麼可能的因素，導致Yoasobi會受男性歡迎。AI的回答有一點十分有趣：Yoasobi的歌曲以文學性見稱，外表是J-pop與電子音樂的身軀，內在竟是濃縮了一整部小說或漫畫，或是這些文學作品中最精彩的內容。可能因此吸引了一些喜歡思考和喜歡文學的聽眾。
Yoasobi寫的是歌，觀眾聽的是一個又一個精彩故事。一雞兩味，真划算。
例如Yoasobi為漫畫家板垣巴留的《BEASTARS》而創作的歌曲《怪物》，當中有句歌詞一正在我心中迴盪：
「この間違いだらけの世界の中
君には笑ってほしいから」
（這一切，只為了能在這充滿錯誤的世界中，能讓你微笑。）
世界充滿錯誤，現代人類社會充滿錯誤。能夠將漫畫故事中的內容和現代人生活中的爭扎扣上關係、寫成歌詞和編曲，真的十分有趣，作曲編曲作詞的 @ayase_0404 真的很厲害。今晚看過現場表演後，更加令我對他豐富的內心世界產生好奇。大紅大紫的他現在生活幸福嗎？這些受世人歡迎的作品，他自己又喜歡嗎？自己喜歡的作品，又夠受歡迎嗎？怎樣才是「夠」受歡迎呢？想著想著，發現這些問題好像是在問我自己。
最近都沒怎樣跳舞，極其量只是在廣東話班中加插一些簡單舞步，增加學習語言的趣味。但當初受Yoasobi的生命力啟發的熱情，已經完全沒有運用在舞蹈上。可以說我是放棄了舞蹈嗎？這些年來累積的孤獨與迷茫，好像慢慢令我和舞蹈產生了距離感，就像看演唱會一樣：眼前你看到很精彩的東西，不過這些都是「別人的感動」，不是自己的。最近接收到關於舞蹈的資訊時，都有這種想法，所以應該可以說我「暫時放下了」舞蹈吧。
不過又好像不能這樣簡化，寫廣東話兒歌、編排動作時我還是感到挺幸福的。上舞蹈學校時有位老師說過：If you can't find what you want, you MAKE IT. 另一位老師又說：Find what you like, and create a lot and a lot of those stuff. 姑且暫時就向這個方向發展一下，創作更多的小東西吧！
Yoasobi的另一首名曲《群青》是為漫畫《藍色時期》而寫的。故事中的主人翁愛上了繪畫，追「夢」的過程老師教授了他一道創作的「秘訣」：把令你眼前一亮的東西通通紀錄下來。
大概，這篇文章也是為了下一次創作而寫的。盡情趣紀錄這些令我百味雜陳的想法吧！好的壞的，通通誠實地紀錄下來。

這些歌詞，寫出了渴望創作的人的心酸，怎麼這樣酸？卻又令人無法抗拒......
