New album artwork for /////// 1978 /////// — the first official compilation of the Young Charlatans’ slim back catalogue, capturing Roland + Ollie’s earliest stabs at becoming legends. The artwork features Philip Morland’s OG photos alongside scans from Bruce Milne’s deep archive of clippings. The cover type draws more than a little inspiration from Michael Trudgeon’s perfect Fast Forward masthead design (see last slide for reference: Fast Forward 004, 1980, which included the Young Charlatans demo of Shivers on cassette!). #fraserahrt
